Flagman is a Ukrainian brand renowned for its high-quality seafood. During the New Year season the company aimed not only to boost sales of its premium items but also to strengthen its image as a trusted provider of festive flavors.
Objectives
To run a product-focused campaign aimed at increasing sales of premium fish and caviar during the New Year season.
Tools
YouTube Video Campaign:
Launched a sequence of long (30-second) and short (6-second) pre-roll videos, each dedicated to a specific product.
Users who watched the long version were then shown the short one to increase effective frequency and optimize costs.
Afterward, the same users were shown an identical sequence of videos featuring another product, which expanded reach and boosted overall product range awareness.
Results
Achieved the planned seasonal sales volume.
